All purchases are final when we ship the purchased item(s). We DO NOT offer return service unless you need a replacement.Replacements
We offer ONE-YEAR replacement service for any malfunction of our products due to quality issues. When such case happens, you should first contact us at email@example.com.
We will give you further instruction to ship your original item(s) back to an address provided by us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). DO NOT ship back to the original address of our factory. We will ship you the new item(s) and pay the shipping costs after we receive your returned item. You will still be responsible for any possible extra costs, such as customs clearance fee. We will try our best to help you avoid such extra fees, but it cannot be guaranteed.
